Your entertainer will provide entertainment based on your chosen package.
Party Content:
The party session will be tailored to suit the age range of the birthday child and their invitees; however, other children of various age groups will still find the party engaging. We do and will encourage all party guests to join in on the fun!
Child Numbers:
All packages are based on 25 children and one birthday child (we charge an additional £2.50 cover charge for each additional birthday child). One Party Assistant is included for free in every package. However, if your party has 26 or more guests, an additional Party Assistant must be purchased (£25 each) to manage guest numbers.
The maximum number of children for our Pamper parties is 25. The maximum number of children for our Disco parties is 50 children. The maximum number of children for our themed parties is 40 children.
Our Mini Maniacs brand (non-themed) parties work best with more controlled numbers because some of our props are handmade, such as our beautiful wooden ribbon wands, plus the quality and execution of these games work best with more controlled numbers.
There is no maximum for our Mascot hire service.
Arrival and Set-up:
We will arrive in good time to set-up (around 20 minutes prior to the party start time). We will start the party entertainment when you are ready to start, but we politely request that the start and end time does not run over the original agreed time by more than 15 minutes. Please note, we charge £15 per every 15 minutes exceeded. (Please note: the timing does not include time spent setting or packing up.) Some party venues may incur an additional travel charge. Travel costs will apply to all Mascot hire services.
End of Party:
We will spend around 15 minutes after the party session clearing away, offering the children their stickers (with a special birthday sticker for the birthday boy/girl!) and saying our goodbyes (Mascot hire service excluded).
Party Session Requirements:
We will need an area to conduct the party session including a 6ft table for props and an electricity point; we will bring everything else.
Insurance and Security Checks:
All Session Leaders are DBS/CRB checked, and we have public liability insurance cover.
Booking and Payment:
Please complete the booking form and return with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your chosen package cost. Once your form and deposit are received, we can then hold your booking until the date of the party. The balance MUST be paid by bank transfer/PayPal at least 48 hours prior to the party date.
Additional Information:
Please do let us know of any special needs of party guests attending. In the case of young babies and pre-walkers taking part in a Mini Maniacs party, a parent/carer will need to also participate in all activities with the children. Additionally, please feel free to inform us if there are any particular games/activities/songs the birthday boy/girl enjoys, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests!
